PW system for the production of 12 mch (105 US gpm) PW, for a company leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying products and therapies for dialysis. The supply is a turn key project including the PW production, storage and distribution to the point of use (POU). Higher design and production standards has been used for the projects, the system has been designed to reach the higher environmental standards with concentrate recovery system (CRS) and pump with inverter for the water and energy savings. USP Purified water compliance.

The last delivered turn key system of the 2010 is this large production flow rate Production system, designed and manufactured in Elettracqua factory, the system has been designed following the last cGMP and ASME BPE, the Purified Water quality exceed the USP compendial water characteristics introducing the endotoxin limits of 25 EU/ml.

The RO is designed for the periodical thermal sanitization and includes the Concentrate Recovery System to increase the whole system recovery to reach the maximum water savings, the pumps are equipped with Inverter (VFD) for energy savings.


USP Purified Water Turn key supply system for a contact lens and opthalmic

The turn key project starts from the design and supply of the Purified water PW generation system, PW storage tank and PW delivery and Distribution loop (200 m).

The PW production system has been designed with a production capacity of 8 m3/h (2100 US gph), with hot water sanitization of the whole system starting from the pretreatment (softeners) up to the Reverse Osmosis unit and the Storage and distribution loop.

In order to optimize the water consumptions the system is provided of the concentrate recovery system. The PW storage Tank (20m3) and distribution loop will deliver the Purified Water to 25 Points of Use (POU), n.3 POU are provided of heat exchangers to warm up the water up to 60°C. The system has been designed using the highest quality standards and materials, following the last cGMP, meeting the FDA USP Purified water Requirements.

The system has been designed using the highest quality standards and materials, following the last cGMP, for the final production of 14 mch exceeding the USP Purified Water requirements.

The system has been custom designed with full automation system controlling continuously all the operative sequences and all the water parameter (flow rate, pressure, temperature, conductivity, pH).


Looking at the environmental policies, in order to minimize the water discharge, the system has been equipped of concentrate recovery treatment and BB softeners obtaining a significative reduction (>50%) of the rejected water from the whole system.
