Raw water flowing through the first two columns, equipped respectively with cationic resin in H+ cycle and anionic resin in OH- cycle, is deprived almost totally of its salts and it flows out with a purity corresponding to a conductivity from 10 to 2,5 uS/cm. Water flowing afterwards through the third column containing cationic and anionic resins, mixed together, attains very high purity values – A conductivity lower than 0,2 uS/cm or a resistivity higher than 5 Mohms/cm
Technical Features.
MAIOR series demineralizer has been designed to reduce dimensions to a minimum.
All the installation, supported by a metal frame work, protected by an epoxidic painting, is assembled in a single rational unit, accurately refinished and covered with PVC plates.
Its smartness and adaptability allow it to be placed in any room.
The tanks for diluted reactive substances are embodies in the demineralizer upper part, allowing contemporary of descent by gravity of regenerating substances with free flow, without electro-pumps requirements.
Special devices allow hydrochloridric acid (HCl) and caustic soda (NaOH) supply and dilution without dangerous handlings.
AUTOMATIC REGENERATION
The MAIOR functional sequences are managed automatically by a PLC.
Regeneration is managed in automatic mode by pneumatic valves actuated by the PLC. The chemical loading to the dilution tanks on the upper part of the MAIOR, as option, can be automatically managed by the system.
Conductivity/resistivity probes and analyzer allows to control the produced demineralizer water quality in order to meet the required limits, even with remote control and alarm.
